Negelem
Negelem the Grand Elementalist is an ancient gnome who can be found in the courtyard of the Museum of Natural History in Thrace, where he offers his magical services to those who seek to strengthen their gear.
Long velvet robes of dusky indigo, golden stars, a pointed wizard's hat, and a great snow-white beard mark him at a glance. He gives the impression of someone who has been doing this for a very, very long time, and has not entirely lost his sense of humour about it.
Services
Negelem is best known for his work with elemental enchanting. Through his craft, he is able to imbue suitable pieces of armor with resistance against the four elements — fire, ice, thunder, and earth — using powerful greater elemental stones he can also combine for you from their lesser components.
When he is present, Negelem also extends the catalogue available through the transmogrify system — adventurers who consult him while transmogrifying will find more options than they would elsewhere.
