The STEA (Social Tourism and Entertainment Authority) and the Administration have the ability to send items via the postal service that you can pick up at your convenience.
Generally, when you are sent a package you will receive a notification by mudmail. You can then go to any post office and pick up the package.
Usage
package - type this in any post office to pick up your package
