Elemental resistance is a category of resistance buffs. Currently it provides the stated resistance amount to your Air, Earth, Fire, and Water resistances. You can check your current resistances via the summary command.
This category of buffs can be acquired in various ways including encrusting bloodjewels with catalytic blood or elemental enchanting.
