Whispering Acres is a residential neighborhood in the north of Thrace City, near the city graveyard and the morgue. It is cloaked in an almost eerie quietness, with willow trees casting deep shadows throughout the day and into the evening. The expansive trees provide shade and a sense of seclusion, making it hard to see who or what might be moving beneath their sweeping branches. The proximity to the morgue and cemetery adds to the tranquil — if somewhat somber — atmosphere, as the soft whispers of leaves seem to carry secrets in their near-constant rustle.
