Arcus Heights is a residential neighborhood perched on a hill west of the centre of Thrace City, named for the arcus cloud. The elevation exposes it to stronger, more constant winds — as the breezes ascend the slope they intensify, carrying a cool freshness through the area. The vantage point also affords a commanding view of the surroundings.
