Whisper command

Usage

whisper <target> <message>
whisper <target> ;<emoted message>

With this command, you whisper something secretly to someone in the same room. You can also emote through whisper using the ; just like you would in other modes of communication.

If you wish to whisper your reply to the person who whispered to you, use the reply command.
