Craps can be played, among other places, in the Parlor of Games of the Green Griffon Tavern. To play, you will need a pair of of dice.
Commands
play craps - start a game with you as the player (must be held) roll dice - roll the dice bet <amount> on <win/crips/craps/snakeyes/boxcars> (CANNOT be held)
Rules
The basic rules of craps are simple. If you roll a 7 or an 11 on your first roll, you get crips and win. If you roll a 2 or a 12 on your first roll, you get craps and lose. After your first roll, you must roll that combined total on any subsequent roll in order to win. If you roll a 7 or 11 on any rolls after the first, you get craps and lose.
Bets are not deducted from you, but are kept track of. Whoever is running the game of craps must manage the awarding of coinage and odds for the game. Bets cannot be placed when the dice are held by someone.
You can also play for points, and keep score- with a prize of some sort going to the winner or just for fun.
Stages
- One player picks up the dice and types: play craps
- This player drops the dice.
- Now everyone can bet.
- When the betting is over, the original player starts rolling.
