The Great Gem Heist

   Lately, valuable gems are being stolen from shops and people throughout all of Threshold. These heists are being pulled off with a skill and secrecy that even the finest master thieves could not match. The Justicars of Sable and the Judges of Thrace are in a quandary, as the only clue they have found at any of the crime scenes is the consistent presence of formic acid. Sages and diviners have been employed as well, but their minds have all been blocked from discovering a single hint. Merchants throughout Threshold are worried that their wares will be next.

Oddly enough, the grand opening of Lystra's Fine Gems and Jewelry coincided with the peak of these gem heists.
