Rex v. Datchery Crim182-4d

Facts: It has been alleged that one Datchery in the presence of witnesses impersonated the character of the Judge.

Decision: There is perhaps no higher calling in this realm than that to administer the laws governing the conduct of citizens. Essential to the smooth operation of the system are the vigilant efforts of the Judge, Clerk, and, not the least, the Justicar in investigating crimes and enforcing the laws. Impersonating any one of these highly respected individuals goes against the fundamental precepts of the legal system and the foundations of the realm. This court can not and will not tolerate such behavior and those found guilty of such violations are subject to swift, certain, and severe penalties.

The crime of impersonating the Judge is punishable by death. Datchery is guilty of this crime and the sentence is hereby given.

Judgment: Datchery guilty of impersonating the Judge. Penalty of death will apply.
