Description

   This idol is primarily of ironwood oak. It is carved from a rectangle
15-inches long by 5-inches wide and 7-inches tall. A carefully detailed
tree line forms the tall lacy-looking background with a flat silver disc
depicting the moon mounted smoothly behind the branches of the trees at one
end. A pack of wolves is carved in painstaking detail running as if hunting
prey. Each wolf has gleaming amber eyes, faceted and set deep into the
wood. The sculpture is highly polished.
