This simple command is for getting/picking things up from your environment or transferring items from containers to your immediate inventory.
For getting things from corpses, you may want to bury the corpse first. This helps Threshold by saving a little on system resources since that is one less corpse that has to decay.
You may also drop, give, and throw items.
