When a clan is formed, it is specified whether the clan's region will be Thrace or Sable. It is from this hall of clans in the specified region where members of a clan can travel to their private clan abode.
Tribute
Members of a clan can submit personal and clan tribute at any Hall of Clans.
Creation/Disbandment of a Clan
If you wish to form a clan, it is here that you do so. Similarly, if you wish to leave or disband a clan, it is in the Hall of Clans where this must take place.
