Buffinator

The Buffinator is a program that runs whereby each hour, a 45 minute Buff is granted to all active players. The buffs range from boosting stats, regen, to many more.

In addition to the buffs provided, every active player is also rewarded with experience points scaled to their next level, be it their next Player level or Guild level, whichever is in progress.
